Delivery Policy

The press release is delivered in plain text, XML or HTML. Once the order of the client is acknowledged through a receipt, within an hour the press release is distributed.

Cancellation, refund and return policy

  • The order of the press release can be cancelled within 30 minutes of the receipt.
  • It is not possible to make changes once the press release is distributed, other than to alter or remove it from the website.
  • The press release can be completely removed by contacting us through customer care.
  • The time frame for the refund is 24 hours within the purchase of the service. However, refunds shall be judged on its own merits by the Neptune100 team itself.
  • In a case where a press release is not distributed within 24 hours because of a genuine problem by Neptune100, the company shall provide 100% refund to the client upon request.

Privacy policy

The company uses client’s data such as credit numbers for transaction purposes; they are however never retained.Neptune100 is alignment with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
